Joan Elizabeth Hardcastle Wix, aged 89, of Adams, Tennessee, passed from this life on Tuesday, March 17, 2026, at her home. Born on March 21, 1936, in Nashville, she was the daughter of the late Willard A. and Virginia Strange Hardcastle.
Life and Career
Joan dedicated many years of her life to her profession as a bookkeeper for Planter’s Grain. After her time there, she transitioned to a fulfilling role in the daycare department at South Haven Baptist Church, where she served for over 16 years.
